Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic After School Football Coach to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for organising and leading football activities for children after school hours, fostering teamwork, sportsmanship, and skill development. This role provides an excellent opportunity to inspire young athletes while promoting physical activity and healthy competition within the community.
Duties
Plan and deliver engaging football training sessions tailored to different age groups and skill levels
Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to ensure safe and effective training
Monitor players’ progress, offering constructive feedback to support their development
Promote good sportsmanship, teamwork, and positive behaviour among participants
Ensure the safety of all children during activities by adhering to health and safety guidelines
