POSITION OVERVIEW:
FC Tulsa is seeking a dynamic and driven Director of Soccer Camps and Training Programs to lead and grow our youth programming at the FC Tulsa Training Center. This individual will be responsible for the strategic development, execution, and financial success of all camps, clinics, leagues, and training initiatives. A key performance metric for this role is driving significant revenue growth while delivering an exceptional participant experience.
The ideal candidate is a business-minded leader with a proven coaching background at the club level or higher , who is passionate about youth development and capable of operating in a fast-paced sports environment. The Director must be available to work all FC Tulsa first team home matches , as well as nights and weekends as needed .
