Full job description Job Introduction ROLE OF THE JOB The Sports Development Team are delighted to host the Northumberland Active Through Football Programme with a clear focus on helping people become more physically active in the communities of Ashington, Newbiggin and Berwick through a range of sporting and physical activity initiatives for over 16’s and adults. The successful candidate will be skilled in engaging with communities to identify and be sensitive to barriers to participation and find realistic solutions to them which lead to sustainable activity. Budget control, reporting to the funders, staff management, ensuring sessions are safe, workforce development and community engagement are all key duties which make this a diverse and highly rewarding job.
