About the Role
Saints Southwest are looking for an ambitious, organised and enthusiastic Cornwall Football Development Lead & Head Coach to take responsibility for the delivery, development and continued growth of our football development programme across Cornwall.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about player development, high-quality coaching and creating outstanding football opportunities for young players .
The successful candidate will lead our existing Development Centres and Academy programmes , manage and support our coaching team, coach within our Academy programme and play a key role in expanding our provision across Cornwall.
