Switchbacks FC is seeking a Director of Marketing with a strong creative eye and hands-on, execution-focused approach to lead the club’s marketing, creative, content, and communications efforts. Working closely with the VP of Sales & Marketing, this role will turn marketing strategy into effective campaigns, content, and experiences that drive awareness, attendance, fan engagement, revenue, and brand growth.   The ideal candidate should be comfortable developing creative concepts, providing direction to designers and content creators, building campaign plans, managing teams and timelines, and getting into the details to ensure work gets done.
