Full job description Job Summary The Lead Coach will plan and deliver high quality coaching sessions, working with the Player Development Lead to implement the technical programme for the Girls Emerging Talent Centre, and alongside the ETC Manager and coaches to support the holistic development of high performing female players. This is a part-time role for 1.5 hours per week with applicants required to attend the 30-week training programme, running from September until June on Monday evenings from 5.30pm to 7pm. There will also be a games programme during school holidays. Candidates require a minimum FA Level 2 (UEFA C) in Coaching Football, FA first aid and safeguarding certificates, together with experience of coaching female players and a good understanding of the England Women’s Player Pathway.
