Overview Columbus Crew is seeking a Performance Coach to work with our youth academy. Within this role the individual will be directly responsible for planning and implementation of fitness and strength programming for the u15 and u16 academy teams. Furthermore, this role will require an individual who is interested and enthusiastic about overall player development. The individual needs to value strong working relationships and enjoy working with multiple stakeholders. In performing the underlined duties, the Academy Performance Coach will play a key supporting role in the successful implementation of the Academy's mission and One Club mantra.
