THE POSITION
These are your key tasks:
Develop, implement and deliver strategic approach to further strengthen FIFA’s human rights and anti-discrimination programme in line with FIFA Statutes, Human Rights Policy and responsibilities under the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
Collaborate closely and constructively with other FIFA functional areas, the FIFA Sub-Committee on Human Rights and Social Responsibility and local entities responsible for the organization of FIFA competitions in embedding respect for and promotion of human rights across FIFA’s operations and relationships.
Maintain meaningful, continuous and constructive engagement with all relevant stakeholders, including but not limited to FIFA Member Associations and Confederations, International Organizations, FIFA commercial partners, football player unions and human rights organizations.
