What is the role?
We are looking for an Education Officer to lead, design and quality-assure the Education Programme across the Girls Professional Game Academy (PGA), ensuring every player receives personalised, high-quality academic support which has been developed in partnership with the player and their parents/carers and is effectively aligned with the football programme.
What will you be doing?
You will take responsibility for the education of young players, ensuring they are equipped with the academic, vocational and personal development foundations that prepare them for life in, through and beyond a playing career, supporting their long-term wellbeing, career adaptability and informed decision-making.
