About The Role • You will be the Goalkeeping Coach for the Youth Development Phase and will be required to attend all practice sessions and Sunday games. • Follow and adhere to the Clubs Playing and Technical Philosophy as set out in the Academy Performance plan. • Show an understanding of the Long-Term Athletic Development plan allowing players to reach their full potential.• Show understanding of individual, unit and team strategies in line with the Clubs vision. • To act in a manner appropriate to a representative of West Bromwich Albion FC and to ensure that all players in your charge also act in an appropriate way at all times. • Promote the Academy and Clubs Football Philosophy and Vision. • To enforce the players and parents code of conduct. • Ensure all Sessions are completed on the PMA at the end of each evening. • Complete all individual player Learning Objectives and feedback...

About The Role   Part time which may include evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required and in line with business needs.
