Om onze federale instanties te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren jurist voor het volgende mandaat:   Lid van de Evocatiecommissie (KBVB)   HET MANDAAT   Tijdens de duur van je mandaat (4 seizoenen) maak je deel uit van een federale instantie (Evocatiecommissie) waarvan de functie vergelijkbaar is met die van het Hof van Cassatie in de Belgische rechterlijke orde.   De Evocatiecommissie heeft de bevoegdheid om een beslissing van een disciplinaire instantie in graad van beroep te herzien wanneer zij een inbreuk op het bondsreglement of een schending van de wet vaststelt, of wanneer zij een nieuw feit vaststelt dat de oorspronkelijke beslissing kan wijzigen.
