The Role
We are seeking a First Team Coach to join our senior set-up. You will work closely with the manager to plan and deliver training sessions, support player development, and contribute to matchday preparation and performance.
Requirements
FA Level 1 coaching qualification (minimum)
A genuine passion for working in a competitive men’s football environment
Commitment to weekly training (Thursday evenings) and Saturday matches
Must live within easy travelling distance of Lightwater
Strong communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and leading engaging training sessions
Support the first team manager with tactics, player feedback, and matchday preparation
Help create a positive and competitive environment for players to perform at their best
Promote the values and standards of Lightwater United FC
