Role We are looking for Volunteer Scouts to join us on a Casual basis and operate in the London and surrounding areas to identify players for our Youth Teams (U8s-U16s) with the potential to develop. You'll attend football matches and record the necessary information on potential players. Responsibilities Talent Identification & Scouting Identify and assess players across across U8–U16 age groups. Attend grassroots, academy and school fixtures to observe emerging talent. Evaluate players based on technical ability, game understanding, physical development and attitude. Prioritise long-term potential over early physical development. Identify players suited to entry points within the club’s girls’ pathway. Reporting & Analysis Produce clear, age-appropriate scouting reports aligned with development principles.
