About The Role   We are pleased to offer the opportunity to gain experience in our busy Academy Analysis department We are able to offer volunteer opportunities during the 2026/27 Football Season as follows: Masters placements - volunteering 20-25 hours per week on a flexible rota basis (will include evenings, weekend, and match day working) Undergraduate placements - volunteering 20-25 hours per week on a flexible rota basis (will include evenings, weekend, and match day working) These are unpaid placement opportunities however reasonable expenses will be reimbursed (agreed in advance by the Company) We are able to offer the opportunity to gain experience as either an Academy Analyst or as an Academy Goalkeeper Analyst Placement Purpose Each placement will offer unique learning opportunities within the season through set roles offering trust and responsibility. Role We are looking for Volunteer Scouts to join us on a Casual basis and operate in the London and surrounding areas to identify players for our Youth Teams (U8s-U16s) with the potential to develop. You'll attend football matches and record the necessary information on potential players. Responsibilities Talent Identification & Scouting Identify and assess players across across U8–U16 age groups. Attend grassroots, academy and school fixtures to observe emerging talent. Evaluate players based on technical ability, game understanding, physical development and attitude. Prioritise long-term potential over early physical development.
