Full job description
We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable sessional football coaches to join our growing team. You'll deliver engaging, high-quality coaching sessions across our Weekly Development Centres and Schools Programme, helping players build technical skills, confidence, and a genuine love for the game.
This is a flexible, casual/sessional role — ideal for coaches looking to build hours around other commitments, gain experience, or grow within a structured academy environment.
Key Responsibilities
● Plan and deliver fun, age-appropriate, and technically sound coaching sessions in line with the Elevate curriculum
● Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all players
● Build strong relationships with players and parents, acting as a positive role model at all
times
● Follow all safeguarding, health & safety, and academy policies and procedures
● Represent the Elevate brand professionally at all sessions.
