This is a vital role in our pathway, focusing on technical excellence, tactical understanding and fostering a positive environment for girls to thrive in competitive football.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, age-appropriate coaching sessions aligned with the club’s philosophy.
Lead the U14 JPL team on match days, providing tactical guidance and player feedback.
Collaborate with coaches across the U10–U14 age groups to ensure a consistent developmental pathway.
Foster a culture of respect, hard work, and enjoyment.
Candidate Requirements
Essential: UEFA C (Level 2) Licence.
