Full job description Duties as a Lead Football Coach Plan and deliver Football / sports coaching sessions to children on a Saturday morning for a local football club Deliver Football programmes from 4y old to 13y old Build Football Teams at U6 for the connected football club Develop and implement training programs to improve children's skills and performance Provide guidance and support to children, helping them set goals and track progress Teach children the rules, techniques, and strategies of the sport Motivate and inspire children to reach their full potential Ensure the safety of children during training sessions Collaborate with other coaches, trainers, and staff members to create a positive team environment Hours of Work 08:40 - 12:00 Saturday Mornings Other hours potentially available on evenings and weekends So, what do you get from us?
