This role focuses on camps, clinics, grassroots programming, Academy pathway programs and coach education initiatives across the Nashville community. The role is centered on player development programming within the Youth Soccer Department. Coaches will represent Nashville SC while delivering high-quality soccer experiences that are fun, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate. This position is part-time, with flexible scheduling based on program needs, including evenings, weekends, and seasonal peak periods. Position Summary: Nashville SC Soccer Squad will serve as community ambassadors for the Club at key community-based events and programs throughout Nashville. This group will be integral to executing community outreach through soccer programming. The Soccer Squad will also serve as an extension of the Community Engagement department by assisting with our core youth soccer programs including Grassroots Soccer, IMPACT Soccer, MNPS P.L.A.Y.S., and more. POSITION OVERVIEW: The Academy Part-Time Goalkeeper Coach will be responsible for the U14 and U15 academy goalkeepers. The goalkeeper coach will be tasked with constructing and executing individualized goalkeeper sessions as well as assisting head coaches on the field where necessary. This person will work closely with the Academy Goalkeeper coach, as well as academy staff and must adhere to all club and league requirements.
