Department: Ticketing Reports To: Director, Ticket Operations POSITION OVERVIEW The Ticket Office Representative is a part-time, event-day position responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting fans with ticket purchases and inquiries at GEODIS Park. This role plays an important part in delivering a seamless matchday experience by supporting ticket sales, processing transactions, and resolving ticket-related questions.
