An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within Middlesbrough Football Club’s Category 1 Academy as a Part Time Academy Coach, based at the Club’s training ground in Hurworth, near Darlington.
THE ROLE: The successful individual will play a crucial role in developing individuals and the team within the Academy pathway. Working with the Lead Phase Coach and Head of Coaching, you will be expected to plan, deliver, and evaluate coaching sessions in line with the Club’s coaching program. You will be responsible for: • Providing individual support to the players within the pathway, whilst also developing the team. • Plan, lead and review training sessions in line with the academy vision. • Produce and develop individual learning plans for players within the academy. • Attend home and away match days. • Maintain records via our online platform. • Maintain consistent communication with Lead Phase Coach, Head of Coaching and Academy...
