About the role We are looking for a Manager, Ticketing, Access & Hospitality Systems to join the team at Liverpool FC.  We are looking for an experienced professional to oversee the setup, configuration, testing and day-to-day operation of the Club’s Ticketing, Hospitality and Access Control systems across all football and non-football events. The role will act as the business owner for these systems, ensuring they are maintained effectively to deliver a seamless supporter experience while meeting operational and stadium security requirements. The successful candidate will lead the planning, testing and delivery of system-related initiatives, enhancements and event operations, developing test plans, task lists and operational procedures as needed.
