Position Overview The Technical Director (TD) provides technical leadership, operational oversight, and developmental direction for Triboro United’s Comprehensive Soccer Program (U7–U19). This role ensures that all teams and coaches operate within a unified developmental philosophy, consistent style of play, and club-wide standards for training, competition, and player experience. The Technical Director works in close collaboration with directors and senior coaches to maintain alignment across the organization. This full-time position combines significant administrative and program management duties with on-field coaching . The TD serves as a coach mentor, curriculum architect, program manager and technical leader, responsible for elevating the quality,   cohesion, accountability, and unifying vision across coaches, teams and programs. Role Purpose The Head Physiotherapist will lead and deliver best-practice medical and physiotherapy services to all players at Swindon Town FC. The role is responsible for safeguarding player health, optimising availability, injury prevention, player assessment, rehabilitation and return-to-play processes as part of a multidisciplinary team, in line with club objectives and competition medical standards.   Key Responsibilities Medical & Physiotherapy Lead and direct the provision of comprehensive medical and physiotherapy services to all players.
