Job Overview
As a football coach working with children aged 2–5, you’ll lead playful, age-appropriate sessions that introduce movement and football skills in a welcoming setting. You’ll adapt activities to young children’s abilities, encourage participation and help each child build confidence through positive, supportive coaching.
Responsibilities
Plan and lead simple football activities that develop coordination, balance and basic ball skills.
Demonstrate movements clearly, use engaging games and adapt instructions to suit different ages and abilities.
Create a safe, inclusive environment, supervise children throughout sessions and respond calmly to their needs.
Encourage turn-taking and teamwork, and communicate relevant observations with colleagues and families.
