About the role We are looking for Casual Front of House Assistants to join our Stadium Tours & Experiences team. Every year, Anfield welcomes visitors from across the world who come to experience the history, heritage and atmosphere of one of football's most iconic stadiums. As a Front of House Assistant, you'll play an important role in shaping that experience, providing a warm welcome and delivering outstanding service to every visitor who walks through our doors. This is a casual role, offering flexible hours on an assignment basis, including evenings and weekends. Please note that most shifts are likely to be available during weekends and school holiday periods.   What will you be doing? About the role   What will you be doing? Cellar management (maintaining stock levels within cellars, changing kegs, cleaning of cellars, production management using the ‘first in, first out’ method). Ensure that any requested equipment, furniture, or stock, is delivered to the right place at the right time, and to carry products from one area of the ground to the other. Accepting deliveries in the loading bay and delivering stock to the relevant locations. Make sure each back of house area is cleared of rubbish and left tidy at the end of each match. Ensure bars are restocked if requested. Ensure rubbish and bottles are cleared from bars during or immediately after functions or matches.
