Job description This role involves leading the running and ongoing development of the Redhill Advanced Centre for the Pre‑Academy on Thursdays at Donyngs Leisure Centre, ensuring the programme operates to the highest standards. Responsibilities include managing all session registers, databases, and safeguarding requirements; delivering clear and consistent communication and development feedback to players and parents, including conducting retain and release conversations; and overseeing the coaching provision and day‑to‑day organisation of the centre, such as staffing, equipment management, and liaising with the facility—particularly around school holiday schedules—to ensure smooth and effective delivery.
