As a Football Development coach you will deliver on the Football Development pathway across a variety of programmes but in particular the Post 16. You will support the development of players and people in order to provide entry and exit routes in or out of the pathway, with a keen eye on ‘Growing our own’.
The Football Development Coach will:
Deliver on Post 16/Football Camps and Evening Centres, Football Development projects and some of the WBA One offer in line Albion Foundation's high-quality standards and framework.
Have excellent communication with parents, players, carers and key partners across the Football Development projects that we run.
