The Role
We are looking for an Academy Operations Coordinator to play a central role in supporting the smooth and effective running of the our Women’s Academy, ensuring high‑quality operational delivery across all academy programmes and age groups. Through this work, you will help foster an environment that consistently reflects high‑performance standards and values.
In this pivotal role, you will lead the operational execution and ongoing review of our Women’s Development Centres. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will help expand access to the talent pathway, enhance diversity, and support the identification of future players who reflect the breadth of the communities we serve.
