JOB TITLE:  Grassroots Program Lead DEPARTMENT:  Youth Programs REPORTS TO:  Director, Youth Programs  LOCATION:  Orangeburg, NY   POSITION OVERVIEW: The Grassroots Program Lead is responsible for supporting the planning and operational delivery of NYCFC  Camps, Clinics, Club Coaching Partnerships , thereby growing NYCFC Youth Program’s presence within commercial window (75 mile radius of Yankee Stadium). Additionally, the role will supervise and mentor NYCFC Youth Programs Part Time regional staff, assisting with the creation of seasonal plans and the development of age-appropriate curriculum.
