JOB TITLE: Grassroots Program Lead

LOCATION: Orangeburg, NY
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Grassroots Program Lead is responsible for supporting the planning and operational delivery of NYCFC Camps, Clinics, Club Coaching Partnerships , thereby growing NYCFC Youth Program’s presence within commercial window (75 mile radius of Yankee Stadium). Additionally, the role will supervise and mentor NYCFC Youth Programs Part Time regional staff, assisting with the creation of seasonal plans and the development of age-appropriate curriculum. This individual will provide support to the Director of Youth Programs and assist the department in achieving financial benchmarks, productivity, and efficiency within all grassroots programs.
