POSITION OVERVIEW The Athletic Development Coach for the Nashville SC Academy will play a key role in leading the Long-Term Athletic Development (LTAD) program for Academy players, aligning with the High Performance Department’s philosophy. This position will collaborate closely with High Performance staff across Nashville SC (NSC) and Huntsville City FC (HCFC) to design and implement team- and player-specific programs, both in the gym and on the field, to optimize the development of youth athletes within the Academy. The coach will design and deliver high-quality training sessions, oversee match preparation and performance, and support the holistic development of players in alignment with the club’s philosophy and development standards.
