POSITION SUMMARY: Columbus Crew is seeking to hire part-time Youth Soccer Coaches to support all Crew Youth soccer programming, including camps, clinics, and community initiatives, throughout the Columbus and Central Ohio area. These positions report to the Manager of Youth Programs.   The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience coaching youth soccer across a range of age groups and skill levels, with a strong commitment to player development and fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment. Coaches must be able to travel independently to various training and event locations within the Columbus area. This role requires availability during weekends and other non-traditional hours. Overview: The Manager, Academy Operations & Administration individual will be responsible for guiding, managing, and providing comprehensive administrative, logistic, and operational support and assistance for the Columbus Crew Academy. This role will specifically be focused on the overall administration and operations of Crew Academy teams and players.
