Role We are looking for  Voluntary First Team Scouts to join us on a casual basis and operate in the London and surrounding areas to identify players for our First Team, and Development Team. You'll attend football matches and record the necessary information on potential players. Responsibilities Talent Identification & Scouting Identify and assess players across relevant tiers of women’s football. Attend live fixtures regularly to observe potential recruitment targets. Evaluate players across technical, tactical, physical and psychological attributes. Identify both immediate impact players and long-term development prospects.
