Join Kent FA's Emerging Talent Centre as a Physiotherapist and play a vital role in supporting the health, wellbeing and performance of young female footballers. Based at Aylesford FC, you'll work closely with coaches and players to assess, treat and manage injuries, deliver rehabilitation programmes, and contribute to a safe, high-performance environment.  This casual role offers the opportunity to work within the FA talent pathway, providing pitch-side support at training sessions and fixtures while delivering injury prevention and recovery programmes tailored to individual players. You'll collaborate with staff and parents to ensure a holistic, player-centred approach aligned with FA standards and safeguarding priorities. We're looking for a qualified and organised physiotherapist or sports therapist with experience working with young athletes, strong communication skills, and a passion for developing female players.
