About the role We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive Coach Analyst to join the LFCW PGA U21’s staff team. Based at the AXA Melwood Training Ground and reporting to the LFCW PGA Head of Player Development, the successful candidate will work as an important member of the U21 multidisciplinary team (MDT), coaching, capturing and analysing training sessions with a focus on individual and team development on the training pitch and within games.     The role also carries a responsibility for monitoring and developing game-model examples, both individual and team, to be used within the PGA environment, as well as playing an important role on game days both home and away.  What you will be doing: 1.
