Role We are looking for Volunteer Scouts to join us on a Casual basis and operate in the London and surrounding areas to identify players for our Youth Teams (U8s-U16s) with the potential to develop. You'll attend football matches and record the necessary information on potential players. Responsibilities Talent Identification & Scouting Identify and assess players across across U8–U16 age groups. Attend grassroots, academy and school fixtures to observe emerging talent.
