Job Role To lead the provision of sports therapy and medical support services for Cardiff City Women’s First Team, contributing to the Performance and Medical Departments’ vision of optimising player availability, athlete wellbeing and on-pitch performance through elite, integrated and evidencebased practice. PURPOSE AND SCOPE Position Type : Full-time Location : Hybrid role based within the South of England. This is a predominantly field based role involving regular travel to allocated Women’s Super League and Women’s Super League 2 clubs across the South.
