About The Role   This role is central to the planning and delivery of high-quality training within the Girls’ Pathway. About The Role   About The Role: Plan, deliver and review engaging coaching sessions across multiple squads Provide individualised feedback and monitor progress through IDPs (Individual Development Plans) Contribute to matchday preparation, in-game coaching and individual post-match feedback for individual players Work collaboratively within our multi-disciplinary team Record session plans and player progress on our club system Maintain clear and professional communication with players, parents and staff Promote and uphold safeguarding, player welfare and the Academy’s values at all times Available Roles Girls’ Individual Development Coaches: Fridays (5-9pm), and Saturdays (Variable) 5-7 hours per week Girls’ JPL Coach: Tuesdays (5-6pm), Wednesdays (6–8pm), and Saturdays (Variable) 6 hours per week Coaches must be available for these hours on a consistent basis each week....

Core Responsibilities: Session Delivery: Plan and lead high-quality, age-appropriate coaching sessions aligned with the club's philosophy. Match Day Management: Lead the team during fixtures, managing substitutions and tactical adjustments. Safeguarding: Maintain a safe, inclusive environment for all players, ensuring all welfare protocols are followed. Professionalism: Act as a role model for the female game, representing Watford Ladies FC with integrity. Candidate Requirements: New Coaches: A passion for the game, a willingness to learn, and an FA DBS check (or willingness to obtain one). Experienced Coaches: Minimum FA Level 2 (UEFA C) preferred, with a proven track record of player development. All: Strong communication skills and a "player-first" mentality.
