Professionalism: Act as a role model for the female game, representing Watford Ladies FC with integrity. Candidate Requirements: New Coaches: A passion for the game, a willingness to learn, and an FA DBS check (or willingness to obtain one). Experienced Coaches: Minimum FA Level 2 (UEFA C) preferred, with a proven track record of player development. All: Strong communication skills and a "player-first" mentality.
