Job description To lead, coach and support the development of the U18s team, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. The coach will be responsible for delivering coaching sessions that align with the club’s philosophy, and long-term player development plan. Job requirements Essential and Desirable   The U18s Lead Pathway Coach (Women) must:  • Have their UEFA B Licence (or currently working towards).  • Have their FA Introduction to First Aid in Football certificate (valid and in date).  • Have their FA Safeguarding Certificate (valid and in date).  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with  players, parents/carers, colleagues and key stakeholders.  • Demonstrate understanding of player-centred coaching and long-term player development.  • Have experience delivering individual player development...
