Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coach an assigned OPDL team. • Plan and deliver training sessions aligned with the Cambridge United Game Model and Training Philosophy. • Coach league matches, exhibition games, showcases, and tournaments. • Support the technical, tactical, physical, and psychosocial development of players. • Complete player evaluations, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and Ontario Soccer SSP assessments. • Utilize Hudl and Veo for performance analysis. • Assist with player identification, recruitment, and OPDL tryouts. • Collaborate with the High Performance staff and participate in coach education initiatives. • Maintain positive communication with players, families, Team Managers, and Club staff.
