The Club is seeking an ambitious and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead all audience growth and fan engagement initiatives across the business. Competing in the WSL2 but pushing for promotion into WSL1, this is a pivotal role responsible for driving ticket sales, merchandise revenue, fan data capture, community engagement, and digital growth. Reporting into the CEO, the Marketing Manager will develop and deliver integrated marketing strategies that grow attendances, deepen fan relationships, and strengthen the Club’s brand locally and nationally. The D.C. United Ticket Sales & Service team is looking for talented undergraduate or graduate students aspiring to enter the sports industry to join us as interns for the summer semester of 2026. D.C. United Ticket Sales & Service Interns will be introduced to the sales world with the goal of helping you launch your sales career within the sales industry, while helping fulfill an internship requisite. As a Ticket Sales & Service Intern, you will establish an understanding of the sales process, be introduced to the sales industry, be part of an intern cohort that will work on interdepartmental projects and gain real-life sales experience!
