THE POSITION These are your key tasks: Support Ticketing Finance in acting as a business partner to the Commercial Ticketing team by providing assistance on finance-related matters. Monitor high-volume ticket sales and ensure correct and timely revenue recognition in the accounting system. Manage customer enquiries, including processing refunds and handling chargebacks.
