The Ticket Office can serve a large number of supporters every day, including weekends. It will involve providing excellent customer service both face to face and over the telephone, as well as dealing with customer queries and enquires in a friendly and professional manner.   The main duties of the role will be to sell Match Day and Season tickets through our ticketing system.
