Stoke City Football Club of the English Football League is looking for a dedicated and detail oriented Retail and Ticketing Systems Administrator to join our team at the bet365 Stadium.
This role is pivotal in ensuring our supporters receive a seamless experience, whether they are purchasing merchandise or securing tickets for matchdays. Reporting to the Retail and Ticketing Systems Manager, you will play a key role in the day to day administration of our digital platforms, providing essential technical support and ensuring our systems operate efficiently.
