The Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach will assist the Assistant Athletic Director for Strength and Conditioning and the Head Football Strength and Conditioning Coach with general oversight of the Strength and Conditioning Program for the university's 17 NCAA Division I sports. Essential tasks include but are not limited: assist with day to day operation of the facility; oversee assigned sports programs which may include but will not be limited to women's softball, Women's volleyball, and women's soccer; develop sport specific workouts; and work directly with student athletes and the coaching staffs to develop, illustrate, oversee, and document the progress of the student athletes' physical fitness and conditioning.
