About The Role You will be working with the Forest Green Rovers academy and work as part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering evidence based individualised athletic development for the academy professional and youth development players.    Main objectives: Design, lead & manage activities aimed at maximising the health, fitness and athletic performance of scholarship and academy players. Develop and implement a strength & conditioning programme that will aid the athletic development of all scholarship and academy players. Maintain records (for Audit/EPPP purposes). Analyse GPS data from game and training days to monitor workload. Conduct regular testing of players to ensure progression along their athletic development.
