About the role Join LFC Foundation and play a key role in developing the next generation of female footballers. As the Girls Academy U12 Strength & Conditioning Coach, you will create a safe, supportive, and enjoyable environment where players can develop physically, build confidence, and foster a lifelong love of the game. Working within the Academy programme, you'll deliver high-quality coaching, provide individualised support, and help cultivate a positive, player-centred culture.
