We are seeking to recruit a Facility Manager to take the lead in ensuring operational excellence at the GoCardless Stadium, Culver Road, Lancing. The Facility Manager will ensure the stadium is maintained as a vibrant, safe, and welcoming hub for football and wider community engagement, serving users from across Sussex. In addition, the role will play a key part in supporting the delivery of the Grassroots Football Strategy, helping to strengthen the future of the game at every level. The role is responsible for creating a first-class football environment for all users and building strong relationships with our wide range of stakeholders including Lancing FC, grassroots clubs, leagues, schools and local residents.
