Role Overview Bristol City Women are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-driven Kit Manager to lead all aspects of kit, equipment, and apparel operations across the first team and associated programmes. This role is central to the smooth running of daily training, matchdays, and travel logistics. The successful candidate will be trusted to anticipate needs before they arise, maintain professional standards at all times, and work closely with players, coaching staff, operations, and commercial partners.
