The Role We are looking for a  Performance Physiotherapist  to support key aspects of the  Women’s First Team  medical performance. This will include supporting the Performance Medical Lead in all areas of sports medicine to improve sporting performance. This pivotal role will focus on optimising all aspects of player preparation to maximise performance and availability, with the successful candidate acting as the lead Physiotherapist on match days. The role will play a central part in injury risk reduction, injury assessment and management, recovery optimisation, and the return-to-performance phase of rehabilitation, while also delivering rehabilitation support where required.
