Position Summary:
The Youth Coach is responsible for leading a designated age group team within the club’s academy structure. The coach will design and deliver high-quality training sessions, oversee match preparation and performance, and support the holistic development of players in alignment with the club’s philosophy and development standards. This position plays a critical role in guiding players through the club’s pathway and preparing them for higher levels of play, including professional and collegiate opportunities.

Player & Team Development
Plan and execute age-appropriate, periodized training sessions consistent with the club’s playing philosophy and methodology.
Focus on individual player development within the team context through Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
